By accessing or using Orson, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users of Orson, including production coordinators and crew members.
Orson is a crew document management platform designed for Quebec film and television production companies. The platform enables production companies to manage crew onboarding, collect required compliance documents, and track submission status. Crew members can securely upload and manage their personal documents.
Orson uses Clerk for secure authentication. Each person maintains one profile associated with their email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in your profile.
You agree to use Orson only for lawful purposes. You must not:
The Orson platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Siasola and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any documents or information you upload. By uploading content, you grant Siasola a limited license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Orson is provided as a beta service on an 'as-is' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Siasola shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for access to the service.
Siasola reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of Orson after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
